After recently moving to Peterborough Keith and Jen contacted me due to a recommendation. 
They needed someone to design and build, we discussed options and approximate costs for a few variations, once agreed  GMF Builders took care of all the designs and planning consents.

On approval we got underway with the build and, as always, by the end things got added such as new Fascias and Gutters to the front, new Block Paving driveway, internal flooring and Decoration.



( we always suggest bearing in mind that once you have made such a transformation to one or more parts of your home you will no doubt want to update other areas )

The build provided Keith and Jen with a more homely experience with space in the kitchen to bake, cook, have friends and family over to socialise and share time together, the addition of large bi fold doors brings the garden ( a passion of theirs) to be easily accessible and enjoyable, even on the wettest of  days.
